Our online shop is constantly adding new products to its inventory. Our physical store also carries many products that are not listed on the online shop. If you are interested in a particular product or have any questions, please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form or by phone (Sendai Kaleidoscope Museum 022-304-8080 / Reception hours: 9:30am - 5pm).

The products on this website are also sold in our physical stores. However, depending on when you place your order, the product may be out of stock. In that case, we will notify you by order confirmation email.
Products are usually shipped within 5 business days of the order date. Please note that shipping operations are suspended on weekends, national holidays, Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, and winter holidays.
(Regarding shipments to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc.)
